It does not employ listed tradespeople, enter into customer contracts or guarantee future workmanship.

Customers remain responsible for assessing suitability, agreeing scope, checking current documents and appointing a business.

Personal information submitted through applications and reviews is used to operate and moderate the service.

Verification documents are stored in protected server storage and are not published.

Reviews may be moderated for relevance, privacy, abuse and authenticity.
